Hi! We’re Harry Miles-Watson and The Union.
It’s nice to meet you!
Our music has been described as combining the joy of the 502s with the stagecraft of Frank Turner and the mania of King Gizzard and The Lizard Wizard. Based in Edinburgh, we’ve joined our love of the 2000s’ DIY post-punk scene with the styles and tastes of our members - we don’t believe in genre, but if we did, we’d say we jump between jazz, punk, and country, with the voracious hunger of racoons rifling through trash at 4AM.
Since we started out in late 2022, we’ve been lucky enough to complete a DIY tour of the UK, selling out shows in London, Glasgow, and Edinburgh, and additionally we’ve supported some of our favourite musicians on their stops around the country - among them, folk rock darlings Skinny Lister and folk punk royalty Apes of the State. We appreciate all the support we’ve received so far and we’re looking forward to playing more shows and releasing an EP towards the end of the year.

GROWING PAINS X
The Debut EP from Harry Miles-Watson & The Union is a culmination of the artist’s two years of songwriting growth, speaking with a refreshing honesty to the recognisable feeling of struggling to find your feet in early adulthood. You make mistakes, you learn from them, and then you go and make exactly the same mistakes again. Utilizing a wide range of influences with touches of folk punk, rock, classical elements and jazz, “Growing Pains” explores multiple genres through the group’s distinctive songwriting voice.
